It's a Full CGi shot, created to give it a realistic look, have added little wind for the slight movement of the leaves of the plants, windows are darkened on purpose to give it some shape, have added some sound effects for some ambience.

Texturing, Shaders - All elements except Plants
Lighting, Rendering, Compositing.
